The Position:The Purpose of the job will be to build, manage and deliver quality reports to clients in a timely and cost-effectivemanner across the company's client base.The successful candidate will be working with the Products and Services team whose goal is to provide relevant andactionable information on key measures of the client's customers and their business. This information supports theclients planning and strategic thinking in order to provide clients with a 'finger on the customer pulse'.The team is responsible for building and delivering all products, ranging from Shop reports to category management tools:New Product Analysis, Range Analysis etc.The job holder's role will be to:* Work with the client and internal delivery teams to develop clear and comprehensive project briefs across new reports* Specify and develop new reports* Own ongoing delivery of developed reports* Work closely with delivery teams and present final client work* Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality* Liaise with internal teams on business measures, data specification and data quality* Be the day to day point of contact for clients* Provide deadlines, recommendations, and interpretations on all ongoing reports.The Person:* Graduate calibre with a minimum 2:1 degree preferably from a first class University* High competency in Excel, plus knowledge of VBA and SQL* Strong analytical background - understanding how customer data can be used* Client communication skills - project scoping, delivery and insight* Project planning & delivery to time and budget.
