URGENT APPOINTMENT! Our client is an international provider of end-to-end, invoice management software - specifically to the construction industry. Their software solutions are used by thousands of construction industry specific professionals around the world. Due to sustained growth and as part of a continued strategy for business expansion, they are now looking for an individual to sell their software (invoice management) solutions, specifically focusing towards the construction industry. Reporting to the UK Sales Director and ideally based in the South East (although all locations will be considered), you will be responsible for new business sales, achieving sales quotas, presentations and the promotion of this highly sought after software solution. You will also need to keep abreast of relevant market movements and conduct competitive market analysis that will assist in developing future sales and marketing strategy. In addition, you will be a true relationship manager, understanding the demands and internal protocol involved in dealing with the construction industry. To be successful in your application, it is ideal that you have had exposure to selling a software solution specifically to the construction industry - ideally coming from companies such as e.g. Ramesys, Wessex or Construct. You will also be able to demonstrate a history of achieving sales targets and conducting senior level negotiations. You will have strong closing skills and the ability to build solid, ongoing business relationships within the construction industry. The salary package on offer is negotiable based on the candidates experience, although will consist of a base salary (GBP 30-40K), excellent uncapped commission structure (GBP 70K Uncapped OTE) + company vehicle + mobile + pension and all the perks you have come to expect. In addition, you will be given full internal training to enhance your already strong background in selling software to the construction industry.
