: (Home based - geographical location flexible) This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in Business to Business sales within a large, international blue chip company who are a world-leader in developing innovative and energy efficient lighting products. They are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual wants to begin or progress a career in field sales. This opportunity would suit someone with c. one year + experience in B2B internal or field sales who has the drive to move their career forward and is looking to take responsibility for their own portfolio of customers. As part of their trade/ wholesale division, you will work with existing customers to ensure that they continue to expand business, whilst also taking responsibility for developing new opportunities with end users in the wholesale market. With support and training from your manager, your goal will be to manage your own portfolio of customers to provide a technical, professional and customer focussed approach to their business. This is a challenging and varied role which will include taking responsibility for running promotional initiatives, preparing sales forecasts, delivering sales presentations and planning strategies for gaining new business. The successful candidate will already have a minimum of one years business to business sales experience. Field sales experience would be advantageous, but exceptional candidates who are currently working in internal sales and looking to move into field sales will be considered. A good educational record is also important, coupled with an ambitious and self-motivated attitude. You will need the flexibility to be able to travel frequently within the territory, including North London, Northern Home Counties, Norfolk and Suffolk. The basic salary will be c. GBP 19-24K (depending on experience) with on target earnings of GBP 27-31K plus company car or car allowance, laptop, mobile, pension.
