Maintain competence via active assessment of allocated caseload of learners2. Project a positive image of oneself and the Company to others3. Operate with all the Companys policies, procedures and systems4. Uphold the Companys Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety Policies5. Deputise for colleagues within the division as necessary6. Participate in recruitment and selection of staff (as required)7. Liaise as necessary with external agencies as required8. Lead, attend and contribute to meetings as necessary9. Actively participate in continued personal training and development to meet company requirements
