About the roleLiaising with the sales office & technical department reference product information & placing orders.Liaising with our service engineer support company to book job, chase reports and ensure jobs are completed.Ensure all cases are handled within the company policy.Entering of all cases onto the Customer Database and keeping them updated throughout the lifetime of the case.Ensure the Quality department is made aware of any product issues through proactive feedback.Managing a bank of ongoing cases, chasing updates from the customers, end consumers and other departments responses.Complete management of each case from the initial contact through to closing the case.Working within a small team in a fast moving environment.Dealing with a number of cases at all times but ensuring they are all progressing.Good computer skill including, word, excel and database required.Experience in plumbing would be advantage but not essential.Who we're looking forThis position will suit someone with a background in customer services ideally complaint handling. A thick skinnedresilient character with a good sense of humour would succeed.You would need the ability to listen and empathise with a customer.Location: BristolStart date: 18/10/2005 |
