Description:

Key responsibilities:- Manage the external regulatory reporting requirements- Ensure compliance to stated policies & procedures & be accountable for deviations or lack of addressing potentialrisks.- Perform monthly review of Financial Reporting package- Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are understood & any changes implemented- Control activities of Finance, business planning, credit risk management & commercial functions- Lead operations meetings & resolve queries with management team- Establish a robust, accurate forecasting & budgeting process- Assist with negotiating contractual agreementsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate technical knowledge of local & USGAAP & tax regimes & possess sound commercialacumen & strong technical knowledge. Knowledge of an ERP system & previous experience of a pharmaceutical & US ownedcompany would be an advantage
