: This is an exciting time to join one of the UK's fast growing retailer who are seeking a Regional HR Manager to take responsibility for a major business area. This role requires you to take responsibility in developing and delivering an HR strategy that improves commercial performance. You will be required to guide & coach line managers on all HR aspects, contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies & analyse training needs. Implementation of HR Projects and initiatives will be required of you as well as the ability to identify business oppportunities. You will need at least two years generalist HR experience gained, ideally within retail. .
