Refinery General ManagerDundeeExcellent Salary plus bonus, executive car, final salary pension and relocation assistanceOur client, Nynas UK AB, part of a quality European organisation, operates a refinery which processes heavy crude oil toproduce bitumen and distillate products.Reporting to the UK General Manager and as the leader of the on-site management team, this senior position is responsiblefor the overall refinery and site performance. You will, in addition, be specifically responsible for SHEQ matters andthe distribution of products. Exposure to budgeting, managing performance, strategic planning and ensuring compliancewith legal aspects are all important accountabilities of the role.Candidates must be degree qualified, chemical or mechanical engineers, with at least ten years experience of a 24/7continuous process operation in an oil or chemical environment. Experience of operations, maintenance, SHEQ. shipping androad distribution are key. Project leadership, negotiation and contract management skills are essential, as is experienceof financial control, whilst maintaining a strong customer focus. Candidates should be results driven, adept in buildinga shared vision and experienced in building teams and managing positive relationships with people at all levels.
