We are a Plc Search and Selection business currently working with a dynamic Financial Recruitment Consultancyspecialising in the resource and placement of temporary and permanent financial, accountancy support and managerial staffin North and West Yorkshire.Due to the growth and success of the business this established recruitment business is looking to appoint a BranchManager to ensure financial and activity targets are met whilst ensuring all team members provide a quality service toall customers, clients and candidates. Whilst meeting these key objectives you will also demonstrate the ability togenerate new clients and candidates whilst controlling the recruitment process, promote an effective team workingenvironment whilst taking ownership of quality standards for the branch.You will have a high calibre of people management skills, be an excellent communicator and motivator with the ability toplan, organise and contribute to the team.Ideally you will be an experienced recruiter, either at a senior level with experience of managing consultants andlooking to take the next step or you will currently be a branch or divisional manager ideally within an Accountancy andFinance discipline with knowledge of the Yorkshire marketplace.
