We are part of awell-established accountancy and business services firm - Peters Elworthy & Moore. As we are based in Cambridge, ourrecruitment Partnership is focused on companies within the Technology sector; and we cover all roles typically foundwithin these companies from Secretaries to MD's.We are expanding our operation and are looking for an experienced "all-rounder" to recruit across a variety of roles.Such roles could include sales & marketing, operations, purchasing & supply chain, as well as finance and accounting. Wecurrently recruit within the IT sector, so our preference is to expand our service above and beyond this.The ideal person for this role will have the following experience and skill set:Well-founded experience within recruitment and across various sectors, with a minimum of 3 years experience.Be able to manage multiple assignments.Have a proven record in delivering significant revenue streams from recruitment fees.Possess an extremely professional approach to recruitment when dealing with both clients and candidates.Strong experience of recruiting via the internet.Be able to cold call effectively and develop new clients.Most importantly, the ideal person will have a strong desire to succeed in generating significant fee revenue. You willbe tenacious but professional, and be focussed on continually striving for more in the way of income and careerprogression.
