Recruitment Manager -The main aim of this role will be delivering the effective recruitment of up to a 1000 vacancies comprising of both seasonal and permanent opportunities, ensuring both quality and quantity meet the business needs.You will be responsible for:- *Delivering a new interactive recruitment strategy, ensuring smooth implementation and closely reviewing results. *Managing the recruitment and performance development of the recruitment team. *Ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of all recruitment processes and communicating relevant information to departments. *Conducting analysis of recruitment status regarding vacancies, turnover and source. *Ensuring the efficient delivery of various recruitment projects including work placements, work experience and accommodation. *Effectively managing the recruitment budget.Typically hours will be 9.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday however flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.You will have: *At least 3 yrs experience in a recruitment role within a customer focused environment. *Exposure to assessment centres *Experience of effectively managing a team would be advantageous.Thorpe Park is located to the west of London, close to Staines.
