The recruitmentneeds encompass UK wide roles, from Executive to Director level, across a range of Industries / Solution Areas.Working as a part of a team you will be accountable for achieving recruitment targets (in terms of quality, volume andcost), managing stakeholder relationships, advising on recruitment strategy and managing recruitment delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work with partners, hiring managers and other recruiters to develop detailed plans for recruitment requirementsaligned to business needs, and appropriate selling messages for potential candidates up to Director level.You will manage the recruitment process ensuring that candidates come from a variety of cost effective and trustedsources.You will source candidates from a wide range of sources including direct advertising (online & print), suppliers,referral scheme, open evenings, international external activities, global mobility pool and the domestic internal market.Elements of the role will necessitate working closely with HC colleagues and local hiring managers to ensure thatcandidates are managed effectively and efficiently, that response rates are of a high standard and that we maintain ouroffer conversion rates.You will develop and maintain close working relationships with key clients in the business and ensure that key managementinformation is shared with the business on a timely basis.As part of the experienced hire team you will be involved with team wide and broader HC projects and initiatives.You will need to work closely with business leaders to ensure that there are adequate numbers of trained and competentinterviewers as well as producing and managing local recruitment budgets.The role may involve national travel.Required skills and experienceA graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience involved in recruitment within a consulting firm probably gained workingin an in-house environmentDemonstrated experience sourcing, selection and assessing candidates using a variety of methods is essentialAbility to develop, maintain and manage 3rd party Recruitment Supplier relationshipsNegotiation of rates, margins and service scope, to ensure quality of service and the best price reflecting marketconditions and ensuring excellence of service to PICTo undertake supplier service performance assessment based on the quality of candidates / contractors supplied and CV :Offer : Acceptance ratio.Proven ability to design, implement and manage effective recruitment processes and servicesSupport Operations Leader in the development and presentation of Recruitment Request form, where relevant involvingOperations Directors to facilitate this processTo pre-qualify candidates suitability and qualifications prior to PIC interviews to ensure that management time andeffort is productively engaged in the interview processExperience of developing and using internal and external networks to achieve recruitment goals would be advantageousExperience in conflict resolution working with cross functional teamsSolid experience in supplier management and negotiation and the development and management of service level agreementQualified in structured interviewing techniques including behavioural interviewingProactive with high energy levels and strong interpersonal skillsStrong relationship management skills including the proven ability to quickly build strong personal networks withcustomers and peersThe ability to influence senior peopleExcellent team working and communication skillsThe successful candidate will also possess the following skill-sets:Project Management - the volume and diversity of the recruitment processes mean that good prioritisation and projectmanagement skills are crucial.Innovation - the ability to identify creative recruitment solutions.Resilience and tenacity - the client group can be demanding and recruitment markets are difficult for some specialistskills.Customer Service - a strong desire to meet business needs by developing and maintaining strong relationships with thebusiness, where appropriate effectively managing client expectations. |
