A leading provider of recruitment and outsource services to the Technology sectors across EMEA, is looking to employ anexperienced Lead Consultant to manage a team of Recruitment consultants.Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for building the companys revenue flow by increasing the number ofsuccessful candidate placements, achieving growth of the existing Client base and extending the Companys operations intonew business sectors.Must be educated to a Degree level or equivalent and have 5-8 years previous track record in the IT recruitment sector.Man-management experience is essential and you must be able to demonstrate a track record of success within a salesfocused environment.You will need to maintain the professional standards of the company within the industry and identify training needs ofeach team member in line with companys annual / quarterly reviews with Senior Management.You will work to a personal target and a team target.Salary depends on experience+ Attractive uncapped OTE and a full benefits package.Artemis Resources Limited provides services as an employment agency.
