Description:

Must have minimum of 3 years previous IT recruitment experience.Generate sales revenues to meet own sales targets. Identifying client opportunities and leads, to secure and qualify requirements. Build, develop and manage new client business relationships to generate high margin business.Lead new client visits and to include junior member of the team for coaching..Effectively liaise, manage and train resourcers with regard to your specific requirements.Understand and introduce relevant business areas of Spring to all clients.To train and develop junior team members skills and abilities to those required to operate at Recruitment Consultant level. To ensure team member understands and applies all corporate and perm unit business procedures. To prioritise workload, focusing on revenue generating tasks in order to bring in annual revenue target.
