Description:

My client, operating in select niche market sectors, is looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to jointheir Guildford branch dealing with permanent placements in the IT and Telco markets.Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 12 mths recruitment experience, and have knowledge of the IT and/or Telcomarkets. You will be required to source and interview candidates, cold call, bring on new business and develop lastingrelationships with your client base to ensure repeat business. Targets will be set according to the individualexperience.This is a young branch having been opened 6 months ago, and has lots of potential. All consultants are treated withmaturity and respect, and despite running your desk as your own business, everyone works together as a team.
