I am looking to offer full training and career development in the field's of business development and applicant management. As a trainee your role will involve interviewing applicants and speaking to clients about recruitment issues. The ideal applicant will be a graduate with a 2.2+. Its more about your personality, you will be enthusiastic, completive and have an excellent telephone manner. We visit clients sites but most of our work is done over the phone.
