You will be working in a team on 6 and be trained on business development, client negotiation, sales presentations and key account management. The role involves a 3 month intensive on the job training, you will work closely with a successful top billing Account Director who will be your mentor. You training will also involve class room work shops, role plays, etc etc. After 3 months you will be given a patch to call your own with live vacancies which you can grow into your own baby. The ideal applicant would be either graduate calibre or have a previous successful sales track record ideally in business to business sales. You will be able to earn commission from day 1 and a successful consultant will be paid commission on the money YOU make. We also offer free gym membership and an excellent after work social life.
