Description:

Management of the Radiotherapy Applications department and appropriate budgets. Ensure expert advice is available to thebusiness as required. Develop Radiotherapy Applications group commercial awareness and competitive knowledge. Propose newideas, ventures and end user requirements to Product Management. Provide support for Product Management in the ProductPlanning Process. Ensure commercially aware and trained resource is available to support Product Creation Processes andprovide product demonstrations and presentations. Maintain a continuous development program for Radiotherapy Applicationsstaff, involving training courses, placements and secondments as agreed within the company appraisal process, to maintainboth specialist and broad knowledge within the group Chair the Departmental Quality Team (DQT) and manage the departmentquality system, maintaining records and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as directed. Carry out departmental staffappraisals on a regular basis and monitor performance throughout the year.
