: This Engineering Consultancy is one of the industrys leading Electrical Contractors with work throughout the UK and Ireland. They specialise in the fields of generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. They now require the following: Senior Quantity Surveyor Based East Anglia Quantity Surveyor Based Surrey Main duties will involve: preparation and submission of Payment Applications, preparation, submission and agreement of variations and additional works, reviewing and payment of sub-contractors and suppliers, agreeing supplier & sub-contractor final accounts, submission of all notices in accordance with contract conditions, preparation of monthly project accounts and progress reports. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will have to be able to work independently on all aspects of post contract surveying. Commercial flair is essential for the Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
