This includes council refurbishments, new builds and retail projects in the Lancashire area.The beauty of this project is that they are looking to build a practice that can compete with the firms in the area. As a result a surveyor who is willing to move to a smaller practice will potentially have a very lucrative role within the business. The successful quantity surveyor will ideally be RICS chartered and possess a good level of post qualification experience. A good level of pre and post contract experience is important as the role will call on this knowledge frequently.
