They are now looking to appoint aQuantity Surveyor to be based in their Leeds office .Excellently located within the city centre this lively busy office has a strong workload acrossthe transport, infrastructure and utilities sector. You will join their cost, contract and risk team to work on variousdiverse projects.The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject and have at least four years work experience duringwhich they will have gained a goodworking knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Preparation cost estimates Preparation of NEC documentation, Negotiation of target costs, Contract administration, Claims analysis/dispute advice, Risk management, Quantified risk analysis Value management.They offer a highly competitive salary package and excellent long-term career prospects within a friendly workingenvironment.
