Description:

Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and monitor the design through all its stages to ensure the information produced will enable accurate procurement and effective build practices to take place. Arrange and head regular Update Meetings with the Project Team (Consultants and Site Managers) Ensure all NHBC / Planning Conditions are discharged in time for occupations and inspections Procurement of subcontract and suppliers. Payment / Authorization of Subcontract variation payments. Provide a technical and commercial back up to all Site Managers. Produce accurate valuation and forecast information on each development on a monthly basis.
