Quantity Surveyor Construction The WirralMW1-6038My client are a regional contractor with an excellent reputation for both quality of business and the way that theytreat their employees.Established over 20 years ago this company have 3 distinct divisions; Development, Homes and Construction. Currently theConstruction division has a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor.The role will suit a dynamic individual who wants responsibility and is prepared to work hard to achieve the rapidpromotions that are possible within the company.There are currently 8 Surveyors in the team at various levels though this team will need to grow as my client try toincrease their turnover to a figure approaching GBP 35m.The role is predominantly site based around the Merseyside area and will involve working on projects in the retail,commercial and industrial sectors. Projects traditionally range form GBP 1.5m to GBP 4m.The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have experience working on Cost + contracts and Design & Build. They will need to haveused and be familiar with the JCT form of contract.This is not an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to sit in a corner with a calculator.
