They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to workon the concrete frameworks package of the project. The Quantity Surveyor will report directly to the Commercial Managerand will have two assistants working under them.The work is exclusively site based.Other day to day duties include: Agreeing contracts Bills of quantity's Procurement and payment of sub-contractors where available Compensation events Prepare interim certificatesRequirements: The successful individual will have at lease 5 years Commercial Experience Experience will have been gained in Concrete Frameworks, with either a sub-contractor or a main contractor Experience of running a small team of Quantity Surveyors will be advantageousBenefits GBP 30 - GBP 32,000 per annum Company car / allowance Pension Health Bonus schemeServices advertised by Project Resource Ltd are those of an agency and/or an employment business.
