Description:

Based out of Head office for this established west yorkshire main building contractor you will be responsible for pricingand running contracts around Yorkshire on jobs ranging in value from GBP 200k - GBP 500k. Managing a portfolio of 3/4 schemescGBP 1.5m the role will involve pricing (using a bespoke package), variations, valuations through to final account andhandover to the client. Projects include maintenance contracts for high street banks and refurbishment contracts coveringschools, universities, hospitals and churches. GBP Neg basic + Car or allowance + Benefits.
