Description:

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:To interface between the PDT, Pilot Plant, Integration Centre and partners on all aspects ofquality, problem solving (at module and systems level) and technical issues.To develop an in depth knowledge of module critical parameters (CP) / system functional and critical parameters To workwith partners / Integration Centre ensuring that critical parameters and critical specs are correctly developed into thepart and assembly manufacturing processes.To encourage partners / Integration Centre in the use of quality tools (DFA, FMEA, Operational Quality, SPC etc) toenable modules & machines to be delivered at desired quality targets.PREFERRED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 2 years experience in Quality and or Production Engineeringenvironment,Prepared to attend specialist courses related to job.High level of technical accuracy.Prepared to workflexible hours.Prepared to travel for extended periods to locations within the UK and overseas.Qualified to HNC/D levelor equivalent.Working knowledge of SPC.
