This role involves organising and delivering instruction through structured sailing and multi-activity courses. TheInstructional team will be responsible for ensuring a professional and safe sailing environment, as well as helping outwith other activities and maintenance duties. The Senior Instructors play a key part in assisting the Centre Manager toensure the smooth running of the sailing section.In addition to experience, the Senior Instructor needs enthusiasm, motivation and a high level of safety consciousness.Flexibility and versatility are important assets due to the variety of courses and the size of the fleet.Working in such a unique and fun environment, with the years of experience the ICC has to offer, is a fun, rewarding andchallenging role.* Qualifications required.RYA Senior Instructor qualifications and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and adults.
