This role involves delivering instruction through structured sailing and multi-activity courses. The Instructional teamwill be responsible for ensuring a professional and safe sailing environment, as well as helping out with otheractivities and maintenance duties.In addition to experience, the Instructor needs enthusiasm, motivation and a high level of safety consciousness.Flexibility and versatility are important assets due to the variety of courses and the size of the fleet. Working in sucha unique and fun environment, with the years of experience the ICC has to offer, is a fun, rewarding and challengingrole.Qualifications required * RYA Dinghy Instructor qualifications and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and adults. * Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or hold a valid * UK work permit.
