My client is a highly successful and ambitious fitting out specialist, operating in a variety of sectors, including hotel and high quality commerical interiors, is looking to employ an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a GBP 27m hotel guestroom refurbishment project.The refurbishment is due to be completed in 2007 and my client is looking for a freelance QS for this period.You will be working with a large site based team under the Managing QS but able to work unsuperviseDue to start early September, rates are up to GBP 25.00 per hour dependent on experience.Please contact Damian Booth at Leap29 on 01625 537555 or email me at construction.contract@leap29.com for furhter details.
