Admin Co-ordinator - with TQM, PDCA, FMEA abilitiesC1/2 LevelOverview of Department:Ensuring daily supply completion from the supply base.Thus, supporting the Material Logistics and production areas inachieving parts availability. This will support the achievement ofProduction volumes and shipping targets.Key Role & responsibilities:Development Co-ord. - working with suppliers to ensure plans are developed and achieved that countermeasure failures.Focusing on mislabel and downtime - understand the root cause and identify any trends for pro-active development. Developcountermeasures for worst offending suppliers. Support the department in ensuring all 06MY Civic parts and 07MY CRV partsare integrated into a foolproof labeling system. Run out control & negotiation and budget settingExperience:1) Excellent problem solving skills2) Excellent Project Management Skills3) Understanding of manufacturing process and supply lead times4) Demonstrated ability/understanding TQM, PDCA, FMEA5) Good negotiation skills6) Presentation skills7) Excellent self managerAdditional requirements:1) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2) Demonstrate ability to investigate, analyse and problem solve and implement countermeasures - use of Quality Tool andTechniiques3) A demonstrable understanding of Quality Systems (ISO9002)4) Flexible approach to job responsibilities5) Demonstrate computer skills (Microsoft Office)6) An efficient and logical approach7) Self motivated and the ability to work unsupervised8) Previous supervisory/management experience
