Overview of Department:Car Cost Management1) Management of monthly car cost Plant and Budget ,report to management, establish and manage Budget Process2) New Model Cost co-ordinate new model cost activity to report at development events car cost ? manage total activity toachieve car cost targetSystems Planning & Admin1) Business Systems and Process Improvement, Development and implementation2) Business planning key and activities to achieve, event management.3) Admin control, payment controlKey Role & Responsibilities:New Model Cost:1) Project co-ordination of cost down activities2) Establish reporting times,3) Preparation of documents,4) Establish parts lists5) Monitor drawing receipt6) Interface with company projects, sales, design and all of purchasingSystems Planning:1) review operating/business systems2) Establish improvement plans and implement improvements (systems and process figures3) Interface with user groups and other affected parties4) Project manage the activity to achieve on time and to target5) Monthly project and budget reportingJob Requirements:Qualification (s)HND or degree in business studies, planning, management, manufacturing systemsExperience:1) Experience in project management /implementation. Working within a team and co-ordinating multi-functional teams.2) Preferably at least 3 years experience3) Experienced in spreadsheets / data manipulationAdditional Requirements:1) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2) Demonstrate ability to investigate, analyse and problem solve and implement countermeasures - use of Quality Tool andTechniques3) A demonstrable understanding of Quality Systems (ISO9002)4) Flexible approach to job responsibilities5) Demonstrate computer skills (Microsoft Office)6) An efficient and logical approach7) Self motivated and the ability to work unsupervised8) Previous supervisory/management experience
