National Organisation between Newport and Cardiff seeking a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.Your Main Responsibilities will be:1.Oversee the Purchase Ledger process from the initial registration of invoices to their subsequent payment.2.Maintain authorisation and controls within the Purchase Ledger process.3.Ensure that invoices are processed effectively.4.Administer the groups Industry Scheme ensuring appropriate deadlines are met.5.Reconciliation of supplier statements.6.Regular supervision of two purchase ledger assistants.Any other duties as required by Accountant.The hours are 8.30 to 4.45 and excellent benefits. |
