Description:

Ideally you will be Degree qualified (though not essential) and a competent Microsoft Project and Office Suite user with2-3 years commercial experience, preferably within the offshore Oil & Gas industry. Experience of trenching of subseapipelines, flowlines and cables, installation of subsea cables (umbilicals, ISU's, power and telecommunications), andflexible flowlines would be extremely advantageous.This position reports to the Proposals Manager, the Proposals Engineer will be principally responsible for thedevelopment, preparation and submission of winning tenders to customers whilst safeguarding the company's commercialinterests during sales, tendering and contract negotiation phases of any project. In addition you will be responsible forthe monitoring and continued improvement of company bidding and commercial practices. Once the tender process hascommenced, the Proposals Engineer will be the principal contact between the Company and the Customer.
