My client, a well know social housing provider, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team on atemporary basis. You will have responsibility for reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance ensuring a high qualityservice and value for money. A member of the middle management team you will also be expected to contribute to thecorporate management of the organisation. The successful applicant will have a minimum 5 years experience within asimilar role, ideally gained within the social housing sector.
