Description:

The ideal candidate would be required to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the construction, procurement and contractadministration processes in order to deliver a high quality service to valuable, repeat business clients.The candidate will work in conjunction with the Associate in charge of the clients and will be responsible for projectson a day to day basis, preparing feasibility studies, cost plans, tender and contract documentation, tender assessmentappraisals, valuations, cost reports, variation proposals and final accounts. Good commercial awareness and businessacumen are a must, as is a professional, enthusiastic and presentable outlook.The candidate will have been in private practice in previous employment and will be aware of the standards expected ofworking for one of the UKs most successful and most respected consultancy practices.Full role specific training and support is available for the candidate along with a competitive salary package includingBUPA, pension, company car and subscription allowances.
