all administration on site, producing cost vaule reconciliation reports weekly for your projects and issuing them to theProject Services Manager.Additionally day to day planning, carrying out a prehandover snagging list for the Site Manager to action. Alongside thisPDI units for your projects, compiliation of all relevant information for the Site Manager Form PSD 01, as well ascompiling and arranging approval of method statements and risk assessments.Carrying out periodical reviews and consultation with site staff with regards to Health & Safety at the work face.Control of client variation orders, pricing, agreement.Day to day problem solving/client liaison.Keeping a track record of alterations and extensions of hires and taking appropriate action.Inputting data onto spreadsheetsLiaising with the sales team.You will also ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the Company`s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.In return our client rewards very handsomely and offers excellent long term prospects as well as great supportinternally.Call us for more information on these exciting prospects.
