Description:

Our client are a large main contractor with a GBP 50m turnover. They currently require two Project Managers to look after a couple of projects in the Glasgow area. The projects are both mixed use developments with a mixture of new build and refurbishment. It includes a retail project, residential occupied and void properties and some car-park work. The projects are worth up to GBP 40M in value. The projects require a thoroughly competent Project Manager with experience in high value projects with complicated and challenging aspects to it. The successful candidate must have a strong personality and be able to control subcontractors, managers and labourers, bringing all aspects of the projects packages together. The project needs to be completed on time, within budget and to the clients satisfaction. You will need to be able to chair meetings, compile reports, quality control and health and safety. Ideally you will come from a trade background and be degree qualified but all applicants are considered. You MUST have a valid work permit and UK experience.
