Objective - The safe delivery of the project ensuring that staff, public and the railway infrastructure remain safe at all times Deliver the project on time, within budget and to specification, applying the management system Provide leadership responsibility and accountability Motivate staff and develop team to a higher level of responsibility Manage relationship with Client, achieve customer satisfaction and deliver the Contract Manage interfaces with Supply Chain to improve performances and fulfil the business plan objectives Endeavour to add value to individual projects ensuring also that work is undertaken with the optimum resources and timescale Facilitate and encourage innovation to deliver best practice and engineering excellence Monitor performance and extend timescales Ensure minimum staff turnover Achieve hand back and ensure payment on time Source additional work
