Our client are an international construction services provider and are one of the Worlds leading construction groups and have a vision of total project leadership in the UK as operated worldwide by the group.They have a huge turnover in excess of GBP 8bn per annum and their global network give them a presence in all the main markets of the world.They are newly established in Scotland and due to recent success in the UK PFI market they have won PFI Schools projects and are currently bidding for 5 more.As a result of their continuing success they are looking to recruit the following;Project ManagerTo manage the companies interests as the PFI building contractor in Ayrshire. The role will involve reporting directly to the Project Director and involves managing the designers and sub contractors to ensure smooth completion on time and to budget constraints. You will work closely with the Commercial manager to look after the companys interests.The ideal candidate will be from a Main Contractor background and have worked on high profile, prestigious design and build projects. PFI/PPP experience is desirable.
