Description:

The position will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end activities to BS15000 standards and ensuringthese processes are complied with. The position will also entail making strong recommendations that will influenceorganisational changes e.g. role definitions. The BS15000 Implementation Project includes guiding the implementation of aservice culture, new service management tools and all associated processes. The project success criteria are~ Successful accreditation by BS15000~ Completion of project to agreed budget~ Delivery of a financially viable operating model.Essential Skills: IT Service Management professional with 10 years experience 5 years of implementing ITIL best practice processes Track record of business change management IT support, development and delivery in an ITIL environment Management of large-scale change Manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities Develop, communicate and implement documented procedures. Produce, develop and maintain technical documentation Full Project lifecycle experience of large scale projects People/team management experience Microsoft Project Essential Qualifications Full PRINCE 2 qualification (Practitioners) ISO2000 qualified Hold ITIL Service Management Managers certificate.
