: In this strategic role the Project Manager will be responsible for the tendering, developing and management of capital and project works for a number of corporate sites. This is a key position and as part of an established team the Projects Manager must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of in-house, client and sub-contract management. To maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, customers and clients alike reporting any incident that may adversely affect service delivery and customer satisfaction.
