My client is a Software House specialising in the provision of ERP solutions and is now looking to recruit a experienced Project Manager.Ideal candidate should have at least 3 year's experience of: managing a team of software Application Consultants implementing solutions in the Manufacturing sector working to a defined implementation methodology ie. PRINCE2. resource and project planning of multiple projects identifying internal training requirements and providing a plan of how to deal with these working with manufacturing and distribution solutions ideally working with accounting software solutions identifying future resource requirements to deal with current work levels and planned increases Clean driving licenceThis position involves managing and leading the Projects Supply Chain team including managing the members of the team and having overall control of all of the Implementation Projects. The role is measured by four main criteria:1.Staff motivation2.Customer satisfaction.3.Quality of implementation projects and adhering to the implementation methodology.4.Number of chargeable days/amount of revenue per month.Key attributesThe Projects Manager is most of all a strong manager of both people and situations. They are a methodical and organised individual who has excellent people management and communication skills.
