Extensive international experience,and a proven ability of managing internal / external stakeholder relationships.Responsibilities:Securing and leading new consultancy business, budget management, project planning, front end design, studies, linemanagementQualifications:Applicants should have a good relevant first engineering degree, potentially an appropriate specialist / business seconddegree, and have achieved full Chartered Engineer status.
