Description:

My social housing provider client is looking for a Project Management Surveyor to run planned and cyclical maintenanceprojects from inception through to completion.Full project and contract management experience is required (invoicing through to final accounts) on planned, cyclical &voids programmes, pre & post inspections, SOR (coding & costing) and contractor liaison essential. Contract used are JCTand MTC. Relevant qualifications are desirable.This is a 2-3 month contract that may be extended.
