Description:

Our Global client, who has a presence across six continents in 70 countries, with more than 300 customers, producebreak-through technology which manages some of the largest and complex pipelines in the world. Their current requirementis for a Project Engineer who can work on these integrated solutions in order to help global energy companies protect theenvironment, safeguard lives and ensure profitable pipeline operation. The appointed candidate will be involved inprojects from contract award through to on-site system commissioning, as well as offering technical support to the salesteam. The ideal candidate will have 5 10 years software experience preferably in chemical or hydraulic engineering,process methods in the oil and gas industries and knowledge of SCADA / PLC systems and real-time simulation software. Youwill have a working knowledge of Delphi, OPC, Modbus, SCADA and PLC. You should also have a relevant degree, such assoftware engineering and have full project life cycle experience from sales to site commissioning on real time systems.You must be career orientated, pro-active, have a professional approach and excellent communication and clientinterfacing skills. Candidates must be willing to travel internationally.
