In addition,you will have a hands on approach.Essentially they are looking for a charismatic-customer-facing Engineer who is highly focused and who can add value tothe business with the ability to make or suggest subtle but significant changes to take the business forward to the nextlevel. Ideas assassins need not apply!Are you up to the challenge?Qualified to a minimum of HNC/Degree Level in an Electrical Engineering discipline you must be able to demonstrateevidence of Health & Safety Training supported by a successful track record/knowledge of heavy plant and machinery with astrong bias toward an Electrical environment in a similar capacity and a practical Engineering approach.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential coupled with a positive attitude as you will be closelyinterfacing with a number of high-profile clients. A strong Commercial awareness and a high degree of self-motivationwill be required at all stages.You will need to be pro-active in your outlook with the ability to develop the system and yourself to maximum potential;the company are not looking for a care-taker.
