An exciting position has arisen within a blue chip company based in Reading. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:*Ensure the provision and delivery of materials in a timely and cost effective manner*Supplier invoices; All invoices are justified and supplier payment terms are met*Customer invoicing; Ensure all customer invoicing is accurate and timely.*Project Co-ordination; Work with Project Managers/Sales to facilitate the timely completion and closure of all company projects.*Sales Order Forecasting of the management system providing report data for all projects/sales through the business unit;*Efficient purchase and delivery of equipment/services within project milestones to ultimately achieve timely invoicing, ensuring cash collection;*Ensure supplier invoices and supplier/vendor performance meets agreed service level contracts;*Maintenance of internal, customer and supplier communication to ensure seamless project delivery*Effective communication with sales team to ensure forecast projects are time management effectively;*Receive proposed projects and obtain competitive pricing for labour, equipment and services from agreed suppliers;*Provide central, single point of contact for the customer to ensure all correspondence is logged and distributed if necessary to appropriate sales person/project manager;*Sales Order Processing.The successful candidate will be:*Computer literate*Good communication skills*Competent with standard Microsoft Windows products*Strong administration and organisation skills;*High level of accuracy when working with figures;*Negotiation skills;*Ability to follow procedures;*Politeness and self assured*Customer orientation ability to communicate with customers and vendors*Team working skills ability to share information with Project Co-ordination team, work to achieve team goals*Disciplined work approach ability to work unsupervised, ability to prioritise workload*Communication skills ability to communicate both internally and externally to achieve goalsApply today!Candidates must be able to live and work in the UKHuntress operates as both an Employment Agency and a Business |
