: Excellent opportunity for you to join this leading global provider of engineering and construction services, technology products and integrated solutions. Our client works within a wide variety of industries including Oil and Gas, Refining and Chemical, Mining and Metal and Power Generation. Based at their clients South Wales site they are now looking to recruit a Project Buyer/Expeditor. Supporting the Lead Buyer of the Site Integrated Projects Procurement Department your main duties will include: supplier vetting and preparation of bid lists from approved supplier databases; issuing and receiving quotations and carrying out full commercial analysis; negotiating favourable Terms and Conditions and awarding Purchase Orders; managing supplier deliverables; and maintaining project materials status reports. The ideal candidate will possess procurement experience within an industrial/site Environment, have strong and influential communication skills, highly developed organisational skills, a pro-active approach to meeting deadlines and be computer literate.
