My client requires an experienced Programme Manager. My client is replacing their core systems and are looking for a Programme Manager to operate a matrix management approach and be responsible for the operation and resourcing of the Programme Office. Specific duties: Direct and lead the development of the IS renewal strategy ensuring that business and technical needs and opportunities are aligned; Direct and lead the overall programme plan, prioritising individual projects within the overall programme against agreed timescales; Direct the programme team and have overall responsibility for individual project delivery teams; Ensure the business change dimensions of the programme are understood, properly evaluated and endorsed by appropriate stakeholders; Act as client representative for project delivery Teams and key communication point for all stakeholders in order to ensure timely sharing of information and decision making and to assist with the efficient development and delivery of the Programme + many other duties. You must have 5+ years Project / Programme management, exceptional leadership & communication qualities, management and organisation of 3rd parties experience, Prince 2 methodology. The following are desirable skills...MSP, knowledge of both hardware & software solutions and domain expertise in delivering CRM, membership and travel programmes / projects.
