With a one-stopsolution combining chipsets, billing integration, OTA, content discovery and deployment and user experience, our clientremain the dominant player in the global 3G Scene.What we are looking for is a technical, and customer facing Programme/Project Manager to be based from Dorset on theSouth UK Coast, in one of their smaller, more dynamic teams. As the successful candidate, you will probably NOT be linemanaging large matrix teams, but WILL be a strong customer advocate, able to project manage complex softwaredevelopments, implementing them seamlessly into customer environments.Although there is a small European travel component (>15%) our client will expect flexibility in this regard.Your duties will include:Working closely with the Engineering Director, Solutions Architects, Consultants and Developers to oversee the deploymentof ALL Customer Facing Projects - Complex J2EE, UNIX, Websphere Service/Content Delivery Platforms, from requirementscapture to acceptance.Bid Managing/Project Managing all RFI/RFP and Pre-Sales effortsManage Acceptance criteria, Budgets, Change Requests etcEnsure compliance to all corporate standards and procedures.Minimum Qualifying CriteriaAt least 5 years in a customer-facing Project Management or Programming role, ideally with a software vendor.
